Sunday, Sept. 28, 2008, Highest Praise will celebrate it's 25th anniversary. Services will be combined on that day only and will begin at 10:00am. It will be a Blessing to all!
The celebration will be a time of praise and worship, special singing and fellowship followed by a catered lunch on the grounds. Church members are asked to bring a desert and a drink (lemonade, tea or soda).
We are quickly outgrowing our facilities and we are using this 25th anniversary homecoming to raise funds towards our new building. Our plans include a 10,000 sq. ft building to be built behind the current sanctuary and turning the current sanctuary into a childrens church. We are a small church with limited funds but we . We, as a church, decided to invest in the radio ministry and reaching out to those in North Carolina who are hugnry for the Word and want to learn more about a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our greatest gift is that of our testimony and how we can use it to reach the lost for Jesus. The radio ministry has given us an opportunity to share a Word and our testimony with thousands of listeners across North Carolina. In deciding to invest in the radio ministry, our plans for a badly needed new sanctuary have been put on hold. The funds raised during our homecoming will be used towards this building fund. We are believing God for a miracle; we are beleiving Him for $50,000- just a tenth of the cost of the new facility. But as our faith dictates, NOTHING is too big for God! God will supply the funding for our facility and we will do it debt-free.
If you would like to donate to the building fund and help us in our goal to raise at least $50,000, please click on the button below. You will be able to securely donate through paypal. If you prefer to send a check, please contact us at 919-496-7476.
Thank you and God Bless.
